The United States are to apply Daylight Saving earlier than usual beginning 2007. The Daylight Saving will be applied in most of the US on the second week of March; specifically on March 11, 2007. This is three weeks earlier than what used to be the norm until now. In addition, the end time of the Daylight Saving has been extended by a week, to the first Sunday in November.

In Europe, the Daylight Saving will remain as usual and will start on the last Sunday of March and will end on the last Sunday of October.
