2007 and 2008 FIA World Rally Championship calendars

The FIA announced on the 18th of October, 2006 the WRC calendars for 2007 and 2008.

For 2007 the calendar is as follows:

19-21 Jan Rallye Automobile Monte-Carlo
9-11 Feb Swedish Rally Production
16-18 Feb Rally Norway Junior
9-11 Mar Rally Mexico Production
30 Mar-01 April Rally de Portugal Junior
4-6 May Rally Argentina Production
18-20 May Rally Italia-Sardinia Junior
1-3 June Acropolis Rally of Greece Production
3-5 Aug Rally Finland Junior
17-19 Aug Rallye Deutschland Junior
31 Aug-2 Sept Rally New Zealand Production
5-7 Oct Rallye de Espana Junior
12-14Oct Rallye de France – Tour de Corse Junior
26-28 Oct Rally Japan Production
16-18 Nov Rally Ireland Production
30 Nov-2 Dec Rally GB Production

25-27 Jan Rallye Automobile Monte-Carlo
8-10 Feb Swedish Rally
7-9 Mar Rally South Africa*
28-30 Mar Jordan Rally
11-13 Apr Cyprus Rally*
25-27 Apr Rally Argentina
16-18 May Rally Italia-Sardinia
30 May-1 June Acropolis Rally of Greece
13-15 June Rally of Turkey
27-29 June Rally Poland*
1-3 Aug Rally Finland
15-17 Aug Rallye Deutschland
29-31 Aug Rally New Zealand
12-14 Sept Rally Australia
3-5 Oct Rallye de Espana
10-12 Oct Rallye de France – Tour de Corse
24-26 Oct Rally Japan
28-30 Nov Rally GB

For the 2008 calendar, only one of the rallies indicated by an * will be chosen to participate. This means that Rally of Cyprus is still tentative for 2008. (Unfortunately the DTS, Downtown Special did not help in establishing the rally as a solid entry in the calendar).
