Royal Ontario Museum transforms

The Royal Ontario Museum has been undergoing a transformation for at least a couple of years now. The museum, along with its galleries and exhibition space are all seeing a massive restoration. At the same time the museum is becoming a Toronto landmark.

300,000 square feet will be added to the museum, allowing for more exhibition space and for many more galleries to be hosted. The opening celebrations will take place in June, 2007.
